Critically read the article

  1. Topics are balanced with no one view more prominent than another
  2. Tone is neutral
  3. Information is cited with reliable scholarly sources
  4. Check the Talk page and History

Warning signs of a poor article

  1. There is a warning banner at the topic of the page
  2. The language uses opinion and biased.
  3. Topics you would expect to be there are omitted
  4. Limited or poor references
