Safety and Healthy Reminders for Conference Participants

According to the Nazarbayev University regulation “Rules for access and internal security regime in the autonomous organization of education “Nazarbayev University” approved on 01.09.2018, the following activities are generally prohibited:

• Bringing of items that ignite smoke including the use of the e-cigarette, use of open fire within territories adjacent to University administrative buildings;
• Drinking of alcoholic beverages, use of narcotics, and psychotropic substances;
• Performing actions, which violate established procedures of safety devices operation.

​In case of fire or other emergencies, dial 112, inform any of the conference organizers or call our coordinator and be prepared to provide details about the incident.

The conference ensures access to campus for all registered participants. We encourage you to use campus facilities to park your private vehicles. Please refer to the campus map.
