Additional information

  • Supporter ($100). Library Vendors such as book distributors, subscription agents and other commercial dealers such as jobbers, suppliers, and publishers will be assessed 100 US dollars for registration to defray the conference costs. Similarly, the third and succeeding representatives of the paid sponsorships from bronze, silver and gold will be assessed the same amount.
  • Interested sponsors or vendors shall signify their interest by online registration according to the level of sponsorship.
  • Acceptance of the sponsorship invitation should be made on or before 18 August 2022.
  • Deadline to send all vendor information (high resolution logo, materials for virtual exhibition, video, etc.) and other details should be sent by 1 September 2022.
  • Full payment of the sponsorship rate applied shall be made on or before 1 September 2022.
