Faculty and Staff

Course Reserves is a library service offered to faculty members and other teaching staff to ensure their course-related materials are made available to students within the entire semester, either electronically or physically, through the NU Library. The course reserves are searchable in Primo. 

Course Reserves are required reading lists for a course/subject and may take the form of: 

• Short Loan - can be borrowed for a limited time (e.g. 2 hours to one day). 
• Textbook - can be borrowed for the entire duration of the semester (i.e. 120-150 days) on a first-come-first-serve basis (for print textbook) or via individual access code/link (for online textbooks) accessible via Moodle.
