To Place Request

1. Kindly accomplish the course reserve request form or email us at coursereserves@nu.edu.kz. 
2. If you would like to place your own material in the Reserves, please bring the material to your designated subject librarians clearly labeled as personal items. The NU Library is not responsible for any loss or damage while the material is on the Reserves. 
3. If you would like to place a title both in print and online format, or be on Short Loan shelves you can specify this further in the course reserve request form. 
4. If you know that the Library does not own a title, we can purchase the title and it will be automatically added to the Reserves shelves. To place a request to purchase, please use the Purchase Request Form.
