Create Your Textbook Package
1. Log into your account through the library homepage.
2. Search for the book.
3. Click on “Materials Ordered by Teacher”.

4. Fill in the relevant details (“Count” means the number of textbooks).

Confirm the package was created
To see what is in your textbook package:
- Click on your name in the top right of the page.
- In the dropdown click "Teacher's Office"
- From the Teacher's Cabinet choose "Study Fund", term, and subject.
Inform Your Librarian
Librarians can't see what textbooks you have assigned. So every semester you are required to contact your Subject Librarian with the following information:
- Course name
- Title of required and supplemental textbooks
- Number of students
Library staff need this information to ensure enough copies are available for one per student or for short loan. We also need to contact people who have items checked out and to group textbooks into one location for easy distribution.
