Objectives
At the end of the session, the learners are expected to:
- Identify first-level support from the library available in both online and offline settings;
- Familiarize with the library policies and services;
- Identify library tools and resources which are essential, reliable, and relevant for their scholarly needs; and
- Learn where to get help when needed.
Assessment
- 10-item quiz at the end of the presentation.
- Online engagement platforms (e.g. Mentimeter)
